RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Linked Gunpla does not guarantee perfect boxes, and minor damages on boxes through domestic shipping is not applicable to Return or Refund.

• The only situation that we accept Return or refund is when runners are not sealed or damage in the runners.

• For LED light Unit please contact us through email if you find out any problem.

 

SHIPPING INFO

• Linked Gunpla provides free-shipping across US, and high standard packaging and protection.

• Important: We do not provide shipping outside United States. All orders with non-US delivery address will be process a refund.

 

RESERVATION POLICY

• All reservation will be processed after we receive the full contact and shipping information with the $5 reservation fee. 

• The $5 reservation fee is non-refundable

• Please check your email after the reservation, we will also send you a payment notification email once the product arrives and requires payment. The final payment must be processed within one week of the payment notification email.

• All orders without final payment will not be shipped.

• All late orders will not be shipped.
